Glorious Gaming: Performance Marketing & Ecommerce Growth for a Gaming Hardware Brand
Tags
Glorious Gaming designs high-performance mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, keycaps and switches for competitive gamers and PC enthusiasts worldwide.
Monthly ecommerce transactions grew from roughly 2,900 to more than 6,700 during Libre’s partnership with Glorious, with a high-performing month generating approximately $591K in revenue. Reaching that level of performance meant solving a familiar DTC problem: uniting paid media, SEO and onsite conversion into one coordinated growth engine instead of separate efforts.
Libre built an integrated performance marketing program spanning Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, SEO and conversion rate optimization. The strategy centered on shifting budget toward higher-return campaigns, strengthening organic search visibility, testing creative and audiences, and using analytics to guide every product launch.

Performance Marketing
When Libre began working with Glorious, paid media lacked a clear structure for balancing brand awareness, acquisition and ecommerce revenue.
Our team rebuilt the strategy around measurable business outcomes: clearer KPIs, tighter campaign segmentation and an ongoing optimization framework across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta advertising.
Google Ads became a primary revenue driver, reaching approximately $148K in monthly GA4-attributed revenue at a 5.75x ROAS. Performance Max campaigns pushed that further, reaching 6.8x ROAS.
Paid social followed the same pattern: one optimization period generated 859 purchases and $82K+ in attributed revenue, with CPA improving 27% and ROAS increasing 27% month over month. Creative testing consistently favored people-focused imagery over product-only creative, generating 85% more revenue.

The Impact
Organic search became Glorious’s largest acquisition channel, generating more than 212K monthly sessions, 1,600+ transactions and approximately $152K in ecommerce revenue during a high-performing period.
New collection and category pages also began gaining impressions and clicks for commercially relevant searches — including terms tied to mechanical keyboards, gaming mice and other core product categories.

Product launches became a proving ground for that same performance discipline, with Libre using each release to refine creative, audiences and budget allocation based on what the data showed.
The Code Brew launch generated more than 1.1M impressions and 18K landing-page clicks, with CPC running 48% more efficient than a previous comparable launch. Northern Lights outperformed its comparison launch by 391% more clicks, 818% more purchases and 920% more revenue. The GMMK 3 launch generated roughly 609K impressions, 11K clicks and 136 purchases.
